Recommended Reading

The first book on my recommended reading list has to be Tim Ferris’ fantastic book, Tools of Titans. This is the book that started me on this journey and opened me up to a whole set of individuals, thoughts, and ideas that I wouldn’t have known of had I not read this book.

The second book on my list I consider as my bible. The Keto Reset Diet by Mark Sisson. Mark explains how and why the Keto Diet works and also gives major insight into how you yourself can adapt it into your lifestyle. The recipes are also great because when I first started on my

The third book on my list is another of Mark Sisson’s books, Primal Endurance: Escape chronic cardio and carbohydrate dependency and become a fat burning beast!. This book talks about eating primally which is in between Keto and Paleo and also focuses heavily on coupling the primal eating lifestyle with endurance training.

The final book on my current recommended reading list is Dr. Philip Maffetone’s book, The Big Book of Endurance Training and Racing. This book is mentioned numerous times in Mark Sisson’s, Primal Endurance book and as such, I felt reading the below book was then the natural progression for me. I am still in the process of reading this book but have already implemented a few of the suggestions outlined in this book and am beginning to see results!
