I’ve disappointingly had a few setbacks the last few weeks.
I had the flu which knocked me back for 5 days, followed by 5 days of fasting and then a week of traveling and bad weather. Lots of excuses but I’ve done my best to stay on track with my diet and have done as much fasted cardio as possible each morning.
I get back into Sydney next Monday night and am hoping Spring will have sprung by then which will help the motivation for the 5am training sessions.
I had originally planned 12 full weeks before my dexascan but given these setbacks, I’m looking to push this out to 16 weeks.
