Two-step forwards… One step back

I’ve disappointingly had a few setbacks the last few weeks. I had the flu which knocked me back for 5 days, followed by 5 days of fasting and then a week of traveling and bad weather. Lots of excuses but I’ve done my best to stay on track with my diet and have done as much fasted cardio as possible each morning. I get back into Sydney next Monday night
